Seeking a Motivational Speaker?

Did you know I love talking in front of really big crowds?
Seriously, I do! I love bringing people together, connecting with them, making them laugh at my own expense & motivating them to go after their wildest dreams.

Do you have a team builder or an event where you'd like me to come speak at? I'd love to connect!

You could say this book club is a front for my big, BIG dream: becoming a motivational speaker.

At 29, I had already dedicated 11 years to the biomanufacturing industry before I finally admitted something to myself:

I was meant to lead. Not just manage people. Lead.

Why? Because every day I watched my coworkers drag themselves through the door; stuck, underappreciated, overwhelmed, and honestly… miserable.

And I hated it.

I couldn’t just sit back and accept that this was “normal.” I wanted to shake things up. I wanted to show people they could actually change their situation that they weren’t as trapped as they felt.

That, with a clear plan (and a little fire in their belly), they could get what they wanted. Or at the very least, what they needed.

Motivating people became my favorite part of the job.

Helping them realize their situation was temporary.
Showing them they had way more control than they thought.
Watching them execute a plan and finally, finally, see results.

I fell in love with leading teams. Truly.

I loved coaching them, hyping them up, giving them tools, watching them crush obstacles they thought were too big to move. Watching them rise—not just at work, but in life.

And over the last 9 years, I got to do that with 7 teams across 4 companies.

Now? I’m just ready to scale that impact.

As a motivational speaker, I can keep helping people who feel stuck—but on a much, MUCH bigger level.

Because no one should settle for survival mode. Not at work. Not at home. Not in life.
We all deserve to R.O.A.R.

So... what does a book club have to do with motivational speaking?

Glad you asked. Let me break it down.

  • I lead people through complex, messy, high-stress situations, all the time.

When I decided I wanted to become the best leader ever (yep, I said it), I went all in. I read the books. Got certified in Gallup Strengths Training. Read more books. Then I got certified as an exercise, health, and nutrition coach, because surprisingly, the overlap between wellness and leadership is wild.

It was in that certification that I learned about motivational interviewing (yep, read that book too), and that’s when everything clicked. That’s when I sharpened some of my most powerful motivational tools.

Now, as a full-time real estate agent, I help people navigate one of the biggest financial, and emotional, decisions of their lives. Every role I’ve held has had one thing in common:
I work with people who are stressed, overwhelmed, resistant to change, or just plain burnt out.

And through active listening and purposeful coaching, I’ve learned this:
People can change.
We can get the job done.
And yes, we can even feel good about it.

  • Sometimes the horse really does need it's head dipped before it drinks

Let’s be real. You can throw all the “inspiration” in the world at someone, but if they don’t see how the concept applies to their life, it’s not going to stick.

That’s where I come in. Whether it’s through the book club, one-on-one coaching, or a keynote stage, I guide people through mindset shifts in a way that’s grounded, relatable, and actionable.

Sometimes people just need a little help connecting the dots between “that’s a great idea” and “I should probably do something about it.”

  • And sometimes, you just need someone to light a fire under your ass.

Let’s not pretend everyone responds to gentle nudges.
Some folks need truth served hot, with a little bite and a side of accountability.

That’s what motivational speaking can do at scale:
⚡ Wake people up
🔥 Fire them up
🎯 Point them in the direction of real, sustainable action

Not with fluff. Not with empty hype.
But with honesty, clarity, and a bold call to stop waiting and start R.O.A.R.ing.
