Katrice Jalbert

Hi, I'm Kat, creator of The R.O.A.R. Collaborative, a personal growth community built around a pretty simple idea:
Learning something can inspire you. Applying it is what changes you.
I've worn a lot of hats throughout my life; corporate leader, entrepreneur, real estate agent, mom, and chronic 3 a.m. overthinker. Through all of those chapters, I've become fascinated by personal growth, resilience, reinvention, and what actually helps us move from knowing better to doing differently.
That's ultimately why I created R.O.A.R.
It started as a book club, a place to read powerful books and talk about what we were learning. But over time, I realized the conversations I cared about most weren't:
"Did you finish the book?"
They were:
"What are you going to do differently because of what you learned?"
And that's where R.O.A.R. is headed.
✨ So, Why The R.O.A.R. Collaborative?
R.O.A.R. stands for:
Renew the way you think.
Overcome what's keeping you stuck.
Achieve through intentional action.
Repeat what works until growth becomes part of who you are.
The R.O.A.R. Method is the framework we use to take an idea off the page and put it into practice.
Because personal growth shouldn't just give you more things to think about.
It should change what you do next.
🎤What You'll Find Here:
Through R.O.A.R. Action Labs, we explore powerful ideas around personal growth, business, mindset, resilience, and creating meaningful change.
Many of our workshops are inspired by books I believe are worth talking about, but here's the important part:
You don't have to read the book to participate.
I'll bring the ideas.
We'll have the conversation.
You'll use the R.O.A.R. Method to decide what they mean for your life.
And you'll leave with something you can actually do next.
Expect:
✅ Real conversations without the fluff.
✅ Questions that make you think a little harder.
✅Practical exercises instead of another hour of inspiration you'll forget tomorrow.
✅A healthy amount of sarcasm.
✅And a consistent push toward action.
🦁 A Few Thing About Me
I talk to myself and my Google Calendar.
I'm a sucker for a good iced latte and a terrible dad joke.
I've spent more than 20 years building a career in leadership and business while navigating motherhood, entrepreneurship, real estate, reinvention, and more than a few moments of wondering what on earth I was doing.
I'm still figuring things out, too.
The difference is that I've learned we don't have to have everything figured out before we take the next step.
